WCAG 1.4.4 requires text to be resizable up to 200%.

## How to fix it
### On any website
1. Remove maximum-scale and user-scalable=no from the viewport meta tag.

### On Shopify
1. In layout/theme.liquid, remove maximum-scale=1 and user-scalable=no from the viewport meta tag.

### On WooCommerce and WordPress
1. Remove maximum-scale and user-scalable=no from the viewport meta tag.

## How to check the fix
- Pinch-zoom on a phone to confirm zoom works.
