Refund policy

Refunds are per report. If we can't complete a report you bought, or it finds nothing to fix in its area, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund that report in full. For a bundle, the refund is that report's share of what you paid after the discount.

For other problems with a report, email us within 14 days and describe the issue. We'll fix the report or refund it.
