Email Deliverability Report

We read your domain’s public DNS records and check whether inboxes can trust email sent from your domain: SPF, DKIM and DMARC, plus the details that quietly break them. You get the exact records to publish.

  • SPF lookup limit and syntax
  • DMARC policy and reports
  • Exact DNS records to publish

What we check

  • SPF

Whether you publish one valid SPF record, how it treats other senders, and whether it exceeds the 10-DNS-lookup limit.

  • DKIM

Signing keys on the selectors common email services use. DKIM can still exist under a selector we can’t guess, and the report says so.

  • DMARC

Whether you publish a policy, whether it is enforced or in monitoring mode, and whether reports are collected.

  • Mail servers

Whether your domain receives email at all.

  • BIMI and MTA-STS

Optional records that show your logo in supporting inboxes and require encryption for mail you receive.

What you get

  • Every record checked, with what it means
  • The exact DNS records to publish
  • A safe DMARC rollout plan
  • Setup steps for your email providers
  • A PDF to share with whoever runs your DNS

How the report is made

  1. 1

Your domain’s TXT, MX and related records are read from public DNS.

  2. 2

SPF includes are followed to count DNS lookups against the limit.

  3. 3

Each finding is written up with the record to publish.

What it doesn’t cover

  • Your sending reputation and spam complaint rates
  • Message content and list quality
  • Sites on a platform address such as .myshopify.com, .wixsite.com or .vercel.app (connect your own domain first)

Questions about this report

Why do Gmail and Yahoo care about these records?

Since 2024 both require bulk senders to authenticate with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Without them, order confirmations, replies and newsletters are more likely to be rejected or filtered.

Can you check DKIM for every service I use?

DKIM keys live under selectors that can’t be listed, so we check the selectors common services use. Your providers’ setup pages give the exact ones.

My site uses a platform address like .myshopify.com or .wixsite.com. Can I buy this?

No. There is no email domain of your own to check until you connect one. The free scan tells you if this applies.

Is the DMARC advice up to date?

Yes. It follows the current DMARC specification, published in 2026, and moves from monitoring to enforcement step by step.
