Conversion Report

We check your key pages for the things that commonly stop people taking the next step, and walk the path to your main call to action with the keyboard. Stores also get the e-commerce checks: product pages, the cart and the buying path up to the checkout button. These are recommendations from page checks, not predictions of your sales or sign-ups.

  • Calls to action and contact routes
  • Keyboard path to your main action
  • Store checks: product, cart, policies

What we check

  • Keyboard path

Whether a visitor can reach your main call to action with the keyboard alone, or on a store, get from the home page to the checkout button. Nothing is pressed or submitted.

  • Calls to action

Whether the home page has a clear call to action, and whether it shows without scrolling on a laptop and on a phone.

  • Contact routes and forms

Whether visitors can find a contact page, email or phone link, and how many fields your main form asks for.

  • Trust content

On SaaS and company sites, whether testimonials, case studies or client logos appear, and a privacy policy in the footer.

  • Interruptions

Pop-ups or overlays that cover the page while it loads.

  • Stores: product and cart

Price and Add to cart visibility, product images, reviews, shipping and returns information, cart feedback, the checkout button and policy links.

  • Phone layout and speed

Pages wider than a phone screen, and key pages that load slowly on slow 4G.

What you get

  • Problems and opportunities ranked by impact
  • How to act on each one on your platform
  • Results of the keyboard path test, step by step
  • A ready-made AI prompt for every finding
  • A PDF to share with your team

How the report is made

  1. 1

Your key pages are checked on desktop, and the main call to action (or a store’s product page) again at phone size.

  2. 2

A separate browser session walks the path to your main call to action with the keyboard. It never presses it, types into forms or submits anything; on a store it stops at the checkout button.

  3. 3

A key page is loaded as a phone on slow 4G to see how long it takes.

  • Problem

Some shoppers can't get through your buying path

Our keyboard-only shopping test was blocked at: {steps}.{"steps":"choose options and quantity"}

Fix: Fix the blocked steps first; the Accessibility Fix Report has the code for each.

  • Opportunity

Adding to cart gives weak feedback

Enter on Add to cart worked ({changes}), but we found no status message or focused dialog, so screen reader users may not hear that the item was added.{"changes":{"$list":["the cart count in the header changed","an “added to cart” message appeared"],"type":"unit"}}

Fix: Open a cart drawer or confirmation that takes focus, or announce “Added to cart” in a status message, and keep the cart count visible.

  • Opportunity

No reviews on the product page

We found no review or rating content on the tested product page.

Fix: Add a product reviews app and its review widget block to the product template, then ask recent customers for reviews.

Questions about this report

Will this increase my sales or sign-ups?

No one can promise that. The report points out common blockers and gaps that visitors run into, and how to address them. What changes your results depends on much more than your pages.

Does it work for sites that aren’t stores?

Yes. Every site gets the universal checks: calls to action, contact routes, forms, trust content, pop-ups and the keyboard path. Stores also get product, cart and buying-path checks.

Does it use my analytics?

No. Everything comes from your public pages, so there’s nothing to connect.

Does the test sign up, submit forms or place an order?

No. It never submits a form, creates an account or makes a booking. On a store it adds one item to a cart in a throwaway session and stops at the checkout button.

Your answer picks the right checks, like the shopping journey for online stores. We still check the site's own evidence and show both.
